The collection of the personal information of California state residents is regulated by the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). CCPA grants California residents the rights to access their personal information, have it deleted, and to opt out of its “sale.” Please see additional information relevant to CCPA, below under the “California Consumers” section. Please note that while California residents have the right to the deletion of their information, as a regulated financial entity, the Company is not always able to ensure full erasure, pursuant to recordkeeping requirements. As such, where this is not possible, the Company will instead take “good-faith” measures to comply with the rule by restricting such information and making it accessible only to the Chief Compliance Officer or her designee, who will only access or share it as required to comply with a request or investigation by regulators or law enforcement.

By providing to the Company the Personal Information and other data referenced above, you agree that the Company may use such Personal Information and other data in accordance with the terms of this Policy.

To Opt Out

Please note:

If you are a new customer, we can begin sharing your information beginning from the date we sent this notice. When you are no longer our customer, we continue to share your information as described in this notice. However, you can contact us at any time to limit our sharing.

Children’s Information

The Company’s Services are not directed at, marketed to, nor intended for, individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to provide any information on or through the website. If you are under 18 years of age, DO NOT: use or provide any information on or through the website; use any of the website’s features; use any interactive or public commenting feature on the website; and/or provide any information about yourself to the Company. The Company does not and will not knowingly collect any data, including Personal Information, from any person under 18 years of age and the Company will take prompt steps to delete any such information if it is inadvertently received. Non-U.S. Concerns

The Services are meant for individuals within the United States. The Company only knowingly collects information from individuals within the United States. If you provide information to the Company from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk. If you are outside of the United States, you are responsible for complying with any local laws regarding your use of the Services, and any related data collection. You also agree and acknowledge that by providing any data through the Services, including Personal Information, that such information will be transmitted to, and stored in, the United States.
