When will I be charged for a pre-order item?

You will be charged for your entire order immediately at check-out. This includes any pre-order items to ensure that they are reserved for you.

Can I cancel or make changes to my order?

Depending on where your order is within the shipping process, we may be able to update your order with a shipping address change, quantity change or cancellation. To request a change or cancellation, please contact us at service@chefstable.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Once your request is received, you will be notified as to whether your request was able to be processed. Unfortunately, we are unable to swap out items or sizes.

What should I do if my order arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete?

If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please contact us at service@chefstable.com as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve your issue. Please attach photos with your submission to help us verify. Upon review, we will issue a return label to you via email. Once the item is received by our warehouse, we’ll ship you a replacement or refund if the item is no longer in stock. Please be advised that we are not responsible for any damages once the item has been worn, used or washed. Claims must be made within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

If your order arrived incomplete, please contact us at service@chefstable.com as soon as possible and let us know what is missing from your order. We will investigate and work to resolve the issue. Claims must be made within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

Can I return something I purchased from an event?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items purchased at an event. Our return policy only applies to orders placed online through our store.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Where is my refund?

Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed. Refunds typically take an additional 3-5 business days to appear in your account once they’ve been processed. If your refund does not show in your account after this time, please first check with your credit card company. If not resolved, please contact us at service@chefstable.com.
