Chef’s Table and America250 are proud to announce a first-of-its-kind collaboration highlighting the evolution of American cuisine. In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, we are partnering to launch two landmark initiatives:

The America250 Cookbook: Curated by Chef’s Table and Jamila Robinson, Bon Appétit editor-in-chief, this culinary time capsule features 250 bites that portray our national identity and shared passion for flavor.

The Americana Dinner Series: Nine exclusive, one-night-only dining experiences hosted by leading chefs in America’s breathtaking national parks, culminating in a final dinner in Washington, D.C.

The dinner series runs from August through November, and the cookbook releases this September.
