In celebration of America’s 250th anniversary, Chef’s Table and America250 are debuting the official America250 Cookbook and the Americana Dinner Series to honor the richness and diversity of American cuisine and the landscapes and communities that shape it.

Presented in partnership with American Express and Resy, Chef’s Table will take place from August 13-16, 2026, when 70 global chefs unite in Park City, Utah, for the ultimate culinary weekend designed for chef-obsessed diners.

From September 17-19, Chef’s Table will transform Revelry, the tasting experience at Wynn Las Vegas, into Wynn Revelry by Chef's Table – bringing together culinary talent for a forward look at the future of fine dining.
